To live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury, and refinement rather than fashion; to be worthy, not respectable, and wealthy, not, rich; to listen to stars and birds, babes and sages, with open heart; to study hard; to think quietly, act frankly, talk gently, await occasions, hurry never; in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious, grow up through the common--this is my symphony.

Day Eight~DPP

Not terribly creative on my end but my son was certainly using his imagination the last two days. He found a kneaded eraser and has happily been keeping himself occupied making all sorts of creatures and snowmen and such. Of course he made much more photogenic characters (and I have pictures to prove it) but I only took three pictures today...and all of them were of these little fella. I'm guessing he's heading out for a little holiday shopping which accounts for the slightly nefarious grin on his face.
