To live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury, and refinement rather than fashion; to be worthy, not respectable, and wealthy, not, rich; to listen to stars and birds, babes and sages, with open heart; to study hard; to think quietly, act frankly, talk gently, await occasions, hurry never; in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious, grow up through the common--this is my symphony.

Sam's World

So Rob got a Kindle for his birthday. And, because he loves all things electronic, Sam was extremely curious about it.

Sam: What's it do, Dad?

Dad: It reads books, son.

Sam: Let's test it!

And off he runs out of the room. Rob and I were a little confused but totally understood when Sam came running back with a book in his hand.

Sam: Let's try this one!

Needless to say he wasn't as impressed when he realized it didn't read whatever book you held up to it :-)
